Inspiring education
In order to inspire, teachers need first to be inspired and live in a creative ‘space’ themselves on a daily basis. Our teachers will experience passion for learning, working in an original way and self-development , before they try to facilitate this in children. Teachers are our most valuable resource; we need to invest in them fully.
Fullfledge school will uniquely provide two enthusiastic, dynamic and highly qualified members of staff per class for the children to benefit from.
Teachers should be people who are worthy of imitation in every possible way so that they may lead by example. It is important that teachers are energetic, knowledgeable, fair, reflective and have a sense of authority in what they are doing rather than being authoritarian.
